For business owners

Claim your business, get verified, or ask us for a change.

Found your business on Meetyr without signing up? Meetyr lists some local businesses from open map data so members can find and rate them, marked "Not on Meetyr yet". These listings aren't connected to Meetyr. You can claim yours, ask us to fix it, or ask us to remove it. Each listing shows its street address, so you can be sure you're claiming your own location, which matters if your brand has several.

Claim your listing

In the app, open your business's profile and tap Own this business? Claim it or ask for a change, or email support@meetyr.com with your business name and address. We check two things, usually within 2 business days:

Then the listing's account is yours, with a Verified badge. When you claim it, you choose once: keep its ratings, or start fresh with a new account, which hides all of the listing's ratings. Either way, you'll see who rated you from then on, but never anyone's thumb.

Already on Meetyr? Get verified

Every business starts unverified. Go to Me → Edit profile → Get verified in the app. Verified businesses get a green check and can rate people. "Verified" means we checked your business is real and that you speak for it. It isn't an endorsement.

Ratings are members' own

See who's here

Members can choose to let businesses on Meetyr know when they're there. Once your business is verified, your Feed shows those members' names and photos under Here now once they've been there a few minutes and their phone clearly puts them at your business, and for 12 hours after. Where businesses are close together, such as in a food court or a mall, a member shows up once they rate your business after their visit. Only members who turned this on appear, and you never see anyone's thumb.

Ask for a change or removal

Email support@meetyr.com. We fix wrong details, hide businesses that have closed, and remove listings that are someone's home or a person rather than a business. We don't remove a listing because of its ratings. Where the listing details come from: Data credits.
